The PET Scan Results Came Back…
I received the results of my PET scan and CT scan this afternoon and it was not the news that I wanted to hear. I’ve had growth in several nodes.
Dr. O’Conner called my father this afternoon and they went over the results. I was supposed to see Dr. Harowitz on February 28th for a check up and blood work. Instead, I’m seeing Dr. O’Conner and we’re going over different clinical trials in which I can participate.
Although this is disappointing news, I understand these are clinical trials and there are going to be hits and misses. I still have lots of opportunities of treatment available.
